The Grand, York Hotel

We had a perfect time in this hip new hotel in York. The staff was helpful, kept everything fairly clean and very good. It was in a central setting near train station.

We liked our 2 nights stay. The rooms where brilliant, stunning, and had a safe, central heating and an iron. Very central location was a plus. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Station Avenue bus stop.

It was ideal base for celebrating anniversary.

Such an absolutely amazing experience. The whole place was spotlessly clean, I liked it, and had ideal staff and location. Spacious bedroom and gorgeous bathroom. It was luxurious, the beds were big.

Exceptionally nice breakfast and a pleasant dining area. The room was good with a lovely view. The location was brilliant, relatively near jorvik viking centre.

We greatly enjoyed location and staff. They have on-site restaurant called The Rise. It has large rooms. It deserves its 5 stars.
